A. John Walters

John Walters has worked in the financial industry in Lincoln, Nebraska for over 30 years, beginning his career at First National Bank of Lincoln, now U.S. Bank, as Vice President/Investment Officer where he worked for ten years.

In 1987 John joined a Nebraska-based investment firm as a Senior Vice President and for the next 23 years worked with high net worth individuals as well as institutional clients. During his tenure at the firm John served on the company’s board of directors.

John is a native of Lincoln, a graduate of Lincoln High School. He attended John F. Kennedy College where he graduated cum-laude.

On a personal level, John is proud of the accomplishments of his adult children and grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible.

In the community, John serves on the board of directors of Eastmont Towers Foundation, Christian Retirement Homes the Lincoln High Athletic Hall of Fame and First Nebraska Trust Company.
